Former Guns n’ Roses drummer Steven Adler’s new band ADLER released their first album back in November entitled “Back from The Dead”. For me, it’s one of the best albums released last year and I strongly recommend it! Adler consists of Steven on drums, Lonny Paul on guitar, Johnny Martin on bass and Jacob Bunton on vocals. We managed to catch Jacob to answer a few questions about Adler and his other band LYNAM just before he headed off on tour.

French band Shannon have been around since 1998 and their new album “Circus of Lost Souls” is released by Mad Association Records on 1st March 2013. Shannon deliver melodic rock with a harder edge that appeals to my love of “classic” rock. Favourite tracks on the album would be “Ride to Live”, “Forever Now” and “Let’s Make Rock”. The final track is a surprisingly successful rocked up cover version of Bronski Beat’s “Smalltown Boy” – I recognised the song but had to google the title to figure out what it was!!
