“Miskatonic Graffiti” is the latest release from Swedish based band Casablanca. It is their third album and was released on 25th September by Despotz Records. I’m generally a little bit dubious of concept albums and specifically those not based on actual events; though I don’t really know why! There is quite a detailed storyline behind the concept at the heart of “Miskatonic Graffiti” – one that is apparently based on Chuthulu mythology – but I’m not going to go into the whole story. My recommendation is based on the quality of the music rather than the concept, and there is a lot to like on “Miskatonic Graffiti”.
